Story
Mission
We are a "faith-based" 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Live Oak, Florida. Our mission is to mobilize the Church to transform lives and communities In the Name of Christ.
Services
We assist individuals in need within Suwannee County by linking them with churches and non-profits dedicated to providing support across various areas. Local churches, businesses, and community agencies all benefit from the work we do.
Community Coordinator
We support local churches and non-profits by connecting those in need with essential services like food, clothing, grief support, pregnancy assistance, life skills training, transitional housing, and domestic violence resources. We act as a central hub for helping people in their time of greatest need.
Direct Assistance
We support individuals in various ways, such as a food pantry, clothing, and assistance with prescriptions and healthcare. Additionally, we provide aid for urgent needs, including utilities and transportation. We welcome a range of donations and ensure they reach those in need.
Homeless Support
Our goal is to prevent homelessness by delivering direct assistance and helping individuals access resources for stable housing. However, we also provide support to the homeless in our community by offering food, hygiene products, and clothing.
